Deputy Pulls California Woman's Car

The video showed that the deputy walks and maintains his composure as he confronted the woman he pulled over.

"Your speed limit is 40, I'm going 38 so why are you harassing me," said the woman as the police approached her car. The deputy politely answered, "correct." As he tried to explain why he pulled her over, the woman abruptly cut his statement and said, "because you are a murderer."

"You can't be on your cell phone while you're driving," said the deputy calmly, but the woman retaliated and said that she wasn't on her phone and she was recording the police because the police scared her.

The officer then told the woman he is sorry if she is feeling that way, Mediate reported.

The video acquired is more than two minutes long, and throughout the footage, the woman called the deputy a murderer. The woman also asked the officer to call for the deputy's supervisor at one point in the video.

The deputy also asked for the woman's driver's license. But the woman exclaimed that she left it at her apartment. The deputy then asked for a photo of her driver's license to issue the citation.

Blaze Media reported that another officer arrived at the scene and asked the woman to sign the papers, telling the woman that she was issued a ticket for using a phone while driving.

"For him [the deputy] for being a Mexican racist?," said the woman as she signed the citation. The woman also added that the deputy will always be a Mexican, and he'll never be White.

"You'll never be White which is what you really wanna be," the woman continues.
