President Joe Biden was filmed looking confused and checking his notes when asked by the media regarding the recent cyber-attack linked to Russia. The incident happened during the U.S. chief executive's trip in Michigan on Saturday, when President Biden checked out at a store located in Central Lake, according to a Mail Online report.

The president was inside the store when a reporter suddenly asked him about the recent cyber-attack. The president was reported to cut the reporter off and said that the U.S. Intelligence was still not yet sure if the attack came from Kremlin.

"We're not sure it's the Russians," Biden said, adding that he was briefed while he was on the plane that is why he was late in getting off the aircraft.

Fox News noted that the president also cut himself off saying that he would be in better shape to talk about the cyber-attack that targeted Kaseya, a Miami-based IT software management company.

While the president was at the cashier, Mail Online noted that President Biden puled note from his jacket and answered the question of the reporter.

"The idea - first of all, we're not sure who it is for certain, number one," said President Biden. While he was reading the notes from his jacket, he cut himself and redirected his attention to the cashier. He then continued reading the notes from his pocket, arguing that he instructed the intelligence community to grant him a "deep dive" on what happened to the recent issue.

President Joe Biden Garners Backlash After He Looked Confused Over Media Questions

Critics placed President Biden under fire for his reaction when he appeared rattled over a question from the reporter. Former Director of National Intelligence Richard Grennell said in Fox News that Americans we're horrified by the "weekly videos highlighting Biden's mental state."

Meanwhile, former White House physician and current Republican representative from Texas, Ronny Jackson, expressed his thoughts that President Biden should undergo Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) to test for memory impairment, dementia, and other possible maladies.

"You don't need to be a physician to look at this behavior and see there's something concerning happening," Jackson said in an interview.

Other Moments of President Joe Biden's 'Forgetfulness'

Apart from looking confused and using his notes in answering a question in Michigan, President Joe Biden had other moments when he forgot something in front of the crowd.

It can be remembered that Vice President Kamala Harris awkwardly whispered to President Joe Biden forgot to discuss the Florida condo collapse during a White House press conference on June 24. President Biden immediately returned to the microphone and thanked Harris for reminding him of the issue.

The social media also erupted when President Joe Biden also forgot to commemorate the 77th anniversary of D-Day, as the U.S. chief executive Tweeted that he met the survivors of the Tulsa Massacre instead. D-Day was known to be the largest amphibious invasion in June 1944, where at least 2,501 American soldiers died.
