Invicta FC President Shannon Knapp said that she is excited to see the world title fights.

"These are tough, gritty and both have the potential to be one of the best fights of the year," Knapp commented on the event.

Ducote and Taylor

Ducote is aiming to become a world champion in her third opportunity after near missing her two challenges for the Bellator MMA and Invicta crowns in the past.

Ducote said that it is time for her to show off everything she has been working on, adding that Taylor is a tough competition.

Ducote said in a statement that hers is a good match-up, adding that she will go through whatever she needed to go through to have the championship.

Meanwhile, Taylor has beaten contenders such as Jessica Aguilar, Jessica Penn, and Seo Hee.

Taylor has responded to Ducote, saying that Ductote has never faced her speed and power.

She added that she believes that she can stop everything her opponent throws at her and put her out.

"They will announce me as the new Invicta strawweight champion," Taylor was quoted in a statement.

Versoza and Tennant

On the other hand, Versoza and Tennant will be competing for the bantamweight title, with Versoza spending much of her professional career under the Invicta banner.

She had earned her fifth win with promotion over Raquel Canuto. She had one loss in her career when she faced a split decision in her previous Invicta title challenge in 2020.

Versoza said that she is excited to have another title shot and prove to herself that she can be a champion.

Meanwhile, Tennant from New York said that her fighting style will have Versoza looking like an amateur, adding that her opponent has never been hit as she hits before.

Invicta Fighting Championships is a world championship focused on providing female athletes with a major platform to hone and showcase their skills on a consistent basis.
