Cobra Kai Season 4: All Valley Karate Tournament Returns

Netflix makes the fans excited by releasing the trailer showing the All Valley Karate Tournament that would return in Cobra Kai's fourth installment, Comingsoon.net reported. The tournament's return will happen 30 years after the events of the 1984 All Valley Karate Tournament.

The fourth installment of Cobra Kai would deal with the aftershock of the third season's action-packed finale wherein Johnny Lawrence and Daniel LaRusso teamed up with each other to defeat John Kreese.

Techradar reported that Cobra Kai's executive producer, Josh Heald, said he and his team have never been prouder of a season "that we've put in the can." Heald noted that they could not wait for the fans of Cobra Kai to see everything they did in the upcoming season.

"It's an amazing memory we'll all have knowing that it was a battle and we won," he told Deadline.

The cast of Cobra Kai started filming the fourth installment of the karate-inspired series in February. Actor William Zabka marked the end of the shoot in May on his social media by posting a photo of himself making a fighting stance.

In a tweet, Zabka proudly mentioned that the series' fourth installment filming took three and a half months to finish. Zabka then included the hashtag "#sentfrommysmartphone," ending his post with an eagle emoji.

It was not the first time that Netflix surprised and made its fans excited about the fourth season of Cobra Kai. Last month, Netflix dropped a teaser featuring Terry Silver, signaling his return to the franchise.

In the said trailer, the line of Terry Silver - which Thomas Ian Griffith will play - was playing. Co-creator Hayden Schlossberg earlier said they looked forward to working with Griffith.

Schlossberg added that they were waiting for the right timing for Silver's reappearance, contending that the upcoming season is the perfect "moment" for the "Karate Kid III" star's return.

Netflix's Cobra Kai

Cobra Kai is a spin-off of the hit martial arts franchise, "The Karate Kid." The series premiered its first and second season on YouTube, then give the third season to Sony.

However, Sony took the third season of the series to Netflix, and it premiered on the video streaming behemoth's platform in January.

Cobra Kai was written and executive produced by Hayden, Herald, and Hurwitz Schlossberg via their Counterbalance Entertainment banner.
