AEW and WWE star Jeff Hardy was arrested on multiple charges on Monday according to the records from Volusia County in Florida.

All in all, Hardy faced three charges: violating restrictions placed on his license, driving with a suspended or revoked license, and driving under the influence (DUI) of drugs or alcohol, SB Nation reported. It is his third DUI charge in the last 10 years.

Wrestling Inc. noted that Hardy was pulled over by Florida Trooper Zach Steiner when the wrestling superstar was reportedly traveling from 1-95 white Dodge Charger.

The police report listed that Hardy was arrested "without incident." However, at least four 911 calls were placed about the Dodge charger's reckless driving.

Hardy reportedly spent the previous evening performing in an acoustic set, as well as attending the SlamDown VII convention in Orlando, Florida. Reports claimed that the AEW star is currently in Volusia County and he is scheduled to appear in court on Tuesday at 1:30 p.m.

WWE Star Jeff Hardy, 'Unsteady and Smelled of Alcohol' When Arrested - Report

Although the police report listed that the WWE star was arrested "without incident," ESPN's Marc Raimondi took to Twitter to confirm that Hardy was arrested due to swerving and running off the roadway on Monday around 12:30 a.m.

Raimondi added that Hardy seemed to be in a "stupor and confused" when he was stopped by the police.

Steiner's arrest report also stated that the Florida trooper had difficulty putting the Hardy's vehicle to park, prompting the car to initially roll a bit. The report also noted that there was trouble unlocking the car doors.

Hardy then mentioned to Steiner that he had been drinking and he agreed to undergo a sobriety test Which Hardy failed.

Raimondi highlighted that the WWE star was not able to complete any portion of the sobriety test successfully or risk falling.

Hardy's breath was then analyzed by the responding officers and the first sample read 0.294 of blood-alcohol content. A second sample read 0.291. It should be noted that Florida's legal limit to drive is 0.08 blood-alcohol content.

WWE Champion Jeff Hardy has had a history of addiction, and it was suspected that his addiction was the reason why he walked out during a house show match last year. This prompted WWE to issue an ultimatum to get him help or be released.
