Tom Brady's decision to come out of retirement has reportedly made him one of the most important members of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers organization.

Based on his new contract, Brady is entitled to a specific number of days off as a veteran. Unfortunately, he has missed the last two practices after taking advantage of this privilege for Thanksgiving.

That is two sessions within a week, and the game against the Cleveland Browns will be in just a few days. Tampa Bay Buccaneers fans are reportedly not happy with the team's current performance.

The 5-5 Bucs have a solid but unremarkable record, and this week they face the 3-7 Browns, a team they rarely get a chance to beat. Brady's rest days seemed bad timing if the Bucs' fans demanded improved performance from all players.

Marca reported that even if Tom Brady is a veteran member of the team, no player should have that much power and be bigger than any team.

Tom Brady Wants to Become a Commentator After Retiring From NFL

Tom Brady, an NFL icon, believes he will make a "scathing" commentator after he retires from playing. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback will join FOX Sports as a top analyst after retiring, the network announced earlier this year, and he will reportedly get $37.5 million annually over a 10-year contract.

That is a considerable raise over his salary as a quarterback for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, according to Irish Mirror. It appeared as though he was set to kickstart his commentary career earlier this year. In February, Brady announced his retirement after 22 seasons in the NFL.

However, the 45-year-old Buccaneers quarterback changed his mind and returned to the league just after a few weeks. As a result, FOX Sports is still determining when Brady will retire from the NFL to become a broadcaster for the network.

However, the seven-time Super Bowl winner is confident in his ability to annoy some people and also impress. Brady and his co-host Jim Gray of SiriusXM's Let us Go! recently had NBA legend and broadcaster Charles Barkley on the show.

Brady praised Barkley's honesty during the interview, adding that the former NBA star could be "scathing" in the booth like golf pro-turned-golf broadcaster Johnny Miller.

Tom Brady Shares How Proud He Is, Posts Photos of His Kids Before Thanksgiving

While his high-profile divorce from his ex-wife Gisele Bündchen may have stemmed from his time away from his family, Tom Brady proves he is still a good father.

On November 23, a day before Thanksgiving, Brady shared some beautiful photos of his 9-year-old daughter Vivian and 15-year-old son John "Jack" Edward on Instagram, SheKnows reported.

The Buccaneers quarterback posted an adorable photo showing his young daughter riding a horse protected by a helmet and gloves. His caption read, "My Baby ️️️. So sweet!"

Brady also posted a photo album and a few Instagram stories of his son Jack at a Buccaneers practice, which he has shared with actress Bridget Moynahan. Jack appears to be chatting it up with fellow Buccaneers in the first photo. He captioned the post, "My ️."

In another pic of him in the huddle, he proudly captioned it, "Just one of the boys." In one of the photos, Jack was also seen running with the ball, which seems he's ready to follow in his dad's footsteps.

Tom Brady wrote: "Fire that pigskin!!!" He also captioned another picture of Jack in practice, "️My Inspiration ️."
