Gwyneth Paltrow took the stand in a Utah court on Friday for the fourth day of her ski collision trial.

Paltrow and Terry Sanderson reportedly collided at the Deer Valley ski resort in Park City, Utah, in 2016.  The 76-year-old retired optometrist sued Paltrow, claiming that the 50-year-old actress' recklessness left him with four broken ribs and a permanent brain injury.

Sanderson claimed that Paltrow crashed into him while they were skiing on a beginner run at the ski resort. He is seeking "more than $300,000."

On the other hand, Paltrow has countersued for $1 and attorney fees as she claimed that Sanderson was the one responsible for the crash.

The Daily Mail reported that during Friday's hearing, the court heard that Sanderson described Paltrow as like the monster "Godzilla" before she crashed towards him.

Paltrow's lawyer, Steve Owens, asked Sanderson's eldest daughter, Shae Hareth, if she recalled hearing her father's comment.

Hareth said she saw a video of his father talking about the incident, where he recalled heading down a green run before he heard "a scream from behind him like Godzilla was coming."

Gwyneth Paltrow Says Terry Sanderson Hit Her During the Ski Collision Trial

During cross-examination, Terry Sanderson's lawyers asked Gwyneth Paltrow if she knew that ski accident protocol required her to remain at the scene and provide information to the authorities.

The actress claimed that she had never fled the scene of an accident before but did not feel obligated to do so in this case because it was Sanderson who hit her.

"Because I was hit by Mr. Sanderson and he was at fault I assumed that Eric (her ski instructor), who was overseeing everything... he said I should ski down because my children were waiting for me," the actress noted.

She continued, saying, "That information was left," as she maintained that she would not leave the accident site without providing details.

Gwyneth Paltrow Suspects Sexual Assault In Ski Collision

Gwyneth Paltrow also said she thought she was a victim of sexual assault in the ski collision. The actress was questioned about her prior testimony in which she claimed: "I didn't know if it was an intentional assault of a sexual nature."

Terry Sanderson's lawyer asked Paltrow if his client "was grinding and thrusting or something" or simply making noises and what led her to believe it was a sexual assault.

Paltrow said that was a brief thought that crossed her mind as she tried to figure out what was happening, as "two skis came between my skis, forcing my legs apart and there was a body pressed against me and there was a very strange grunting noise."

She added: "I thought, is this a practical joke, is someone like doing something perverted? This is really, really strange. My mind was going very, very quickly, and I was trying to ascertain what was happening.'

Gwyneth Paltrow Screamed, 'You Skied Into My F***ing Back!'

Gwyneth Paltrow said she yelled at Terry Sanderson, "You skied directly into my f****** back!" after the crash.

Paltrow told Sanderson's lawyer that she and Sanderson were down on the ground in a 'spooning" position. The actress admitted that she yelled at Sanderson before turning around and pushing down the hill because she was very upset about what had happened to her.

Sanderson's lawyer then said: "You said to him, 'what are you doing,' like 'why did you do that,' and he said, 'I think you skied into me,' and that's when you were furious, and said, 'you skied directly into my effing back' at the top of your lungs."

Paltrow smiled before replying that she did apologize for her "bad language," adding that Sanderson also repeatedly told her "I'm sorry" while lying on the ground.

When questioned about Craig Ramon, she replied, "I don't believe he saw it. I don't believe he saw what he thinks he saw," the Daily Mail reported.

Ramon, an acquaintance of Sanderson, claimed he saw Paltrow crushed with the optometrist. However, the actress wondered how Ramon can discern who is who if "you have two people with ski gear with helmets on and you're 40-plus feet away."

She added: "I can tell you that he didn't because Mr. Sanderson categorically hit me on the ski slope."

The court will resume on Monday, with the trial expected to last eight days that will include testimonies from several medical professionals and Paltrow's two children.
