Perhaps Jose Alberto Castro is ready to move on from Angelique Boyer, but it won't be with Ariadne Díaz.

According to a source close to the 27-year-old actress, it is simply not true, People en Español noted.

"The relationship that exists between Ariadne and José Alberto is strictly professional," the source said. "She has also not rekindled her romance with José Ron."

When she split from Ron in 2013, she said that relationships have their high and low points, but she'd rather not further discuss what went on between the two.

Recently, Díaz and Ron were seen together, and it was reported that they got back together, according Univision.

Ron, however, said they were just friends, and that they continued to spend time together as such.

Radio Formula reported that Díaz has other things to worry about on the set of Jose Alberto Castro's show "La Malquerida." Her co-star Victoria Ruffo is supposedly jealous of Díaz and has been treating her poorly. The two are playing a mother and daughter who are fighting for the same man, and Ruffo has reportedly done little things that make Díaz unhappy and even made her cry.

Rumors of older and younger women butting heads on set is nothing new.

Maite Perroni and her "La Gata" co-star Laura Zapata are supposedly having troubles, too. A source said that Zapata kept calling Perroni "damn cat" off set, which really upset Perroni, noted TV Notas.

"They had a strong encounter a few days ago," the source said. "And it's been two months, since the shooting began, that they are super enemies. They worked together six years ago on 'Cuidado con el Angel,' and for this reason, Maite was very happy when she found out that Laura was going to be the villain in this show."

The two later refuted rumors by posing for selfies together.
