While going through a breakup with boyfriend Jai Brooks for the second time, Ariana Grande teased her new single "Love Me Harder" featuring The Weekend.

Grande is currently preoccupied with her skyrocketing music career, as well as the loss of her grandfather. The 21-year-old singer reportedly ended her relationship with Brooks because he was not there for her when she needed him.

"It has not been an easy few months," an insider revealed to Us Weekly. "Jai just wasn't as supportive as he could have been."

Another source told EOnline, "When her grandfather was dying, everyone was there for her. People flew to Florida to be with her, but Jai didn't. Ariana just felt he wasn't there like he should have been."

According to Hollywood Life, all Grande wants to do is simply focus on her life.

"Jai's too immature for her. He was too self-involved also, and yes, she's a total workhorse," a source close to the "Problem" hitmaker said. "All she wants to do is make meaningful music, focus also on family and helping her mom and Nona get through her grandpa's death."

Grande also took to her Twitter account to call out the 19-year-old Aussie prankster for breaking her heart:

Meanwhile, the "Bang Bang" singer teased an emotional upbeat dance track off her highly anticipated sophomore studio album "My Everything" via Instagram on Monday. She belts out "I'mma love you harder" in the 15-second preview, captioned with "love me harder snippetttt... (as per your request) @abelxo 20 days til the new album."

Ariana Grande's "My Everything" is set for a release on Aug. 22.
