Jay Z is reportedly doing everything he can to save the marriage, and Beyoncé is turning to sister Solange Knowles and close friend Gwyneth Paltrow for advice.

"There has been talk of divorce, and it's been really tense at times on the tour," a source told E! Online. "Beyoncé has been leaning on her mom and sister a lot since they are so close. Jay wants everything to work out and is trying to convince Beyoncé how much he does not want a divorce. It's flowers, constant texts and telling her he loves her. He is pulling out all the stops."

Just like her husband of six years, the R&B diva does not want a divorce either.

"Beyoncé is torn because she loves Jay so much and wants to keep their family together," the source said. "She's turning to family and God to help her through it."

Queen Bey is also seeking comfort in her close pal these days -- Paltrow, who herself is going through the reported marital problems with Chris Martin currently, is giving relationship advice.

"Beyoncé has been leaning on Gwyneth for support and advice on how to best handle her rocky relationship with Jay Z," an insider revealed to Hollywood Life.

"Gwyneth adores both Beyoncé and Jay Z, so it's not like she's taking sides. But her main words of advice have been to take things slowly and to not rush into making any drastic decisions," the insider said. "She thinks Beyoncé and Jay Z, and of course Blue Ivy, need alone time far away from the public eye to just chill and get grounded."

In addition, the "Drunk in Love" duo is set to end their "On the Run" joint tour with two last shows on Sept. 12 and Sept. 13 in Paris, where Beyoncé apparently wants to perform a Destiny's Child hit for Jay Z to "make a point."

"There has been discussions that during the Paris shows next month that Beyoncé may sing an older song to make a point to Jay Z, and that song is 'Say My Name,'" another source said. "It pretty much says it all and is something to make a point so the whole world knows where she's coming from."
