Chiquis Rivera really wants to share her story with you, and that's where she went wrong.

Because the singer added or changed things in her book, it will no longer be released in November. Rivera feels disappointed that it will have to be pushed back.

She did share a little more of what can be expected from her book, and she promises to talk about Esteban Loaiza, her mother's husband, who people believe Chiquis Rivera had a relationship with.

"Definitely, I'm going to touch on [Esteban Loaiza] because I don't like for people to have that doubt about me. I am a woman that has a lot of dignity, and I feel I owe it to myself. I do want to clear that up. ... It's time to let people know that I don't have any problems with Esteban. On the contrary, I respect him very much. I appreciate the love that he had and has for my mother."

Rivera also said that nowadays she is feeling much better.

It was last December when she decided that she didn't have to bear that cross, which means she is ready to tell people her truth. Out of it, she hopes people see that she's very normal.

Earlier this week, she was spreading some love for her family.

She shared a picture of herself with her grandfather Pedro Rivera, someone who has had his fair share of unflattering stories.

"So many things have been said about him, good and bad, but at the end of the day, he's a man I admire very much. For many reasons," she said. "He's strong, intelligent and a fighter. Ever since he arrived in this country in the '60s, he has never given up. On the contrary, he was one of the most influential men in music in the '90s. Although many don't like to admit it, if it weren't for my grandpa MANY artist would not have made it to where they made it or are."
