"Entourage" fans will have to wait a little bit longer to see the crew on the big screen.

According to the New York Post's Page Six, the upcoming "Entourage" movie production has been delayed due to cast members including Jeremy Piven and Adrian Grenier demanding more money. Production for the movie based on the hit HBO show was supposed to begin in May, but producers are still trying to close deals with key cast members, Page Six reports.

"They wanted to start filming early this summer, but the cast has been on hold," a source told Page Six. Jeremy finally signed his contract two weeks ago. His deal closed Aug. 29. But there are other members of the cast, including Adrian Grenier and Jerry Ferrara, who are still holding out."

"Entourage" producer Mark Wahlberg confirmed the script was completed for the film, which was announced in January 2012. "Entourage" ended with its eighth season in 2011.

Wahlberg told MTV News back in January that it took some time and convincing for show creator Doug Ellin to come up with a screenplay, and that he hoped shooting would begin in the spring.

"[Series creator] Doug [Ellin] wanted to go off to do another show, and HBO liked the idea of doing it, but to have Doug actually have time to sit down and write the script ... I always knew the fans wanted a movie," Wahlberg told MTV. "Everywhere I'd go, people are always asking me, "What about 'Entourage'? What about 'Entourage'? When's the movie coming?" So it just took a long time. It took a long time to get it written, get it right, and we got a fantastic script. Warner Bros. is very excited about it. All the guys are excited. Getting everybody in the same place at the same time has been tough as well."

The "Entourage" movie would focus on the main characters of Ari Gold (Piven), Vincent "Vince" Chase (Grenier), Johnny "Drama" Chase (Kevin Dillon), Eric "E" Murphy (Kevin Connolly) and Turtle (Ferrara). The series finale saw Gold quitting his job and Vince heading to Paris.
