James McAvoy isn't allowed to say much about the next chapter in the X-Men movies, but he does reveal a bit about his character of Professor Charles Xavier.

"X-Men: Apocalypse" will finally mark the end of James McAvoy's wavy and fabulous hair. In the recent X-Men movies, McAvoy has played a younger version of Professor X, but the professor ultimately loses all of his hair -- meaning James will too.

It's time! James McAvoy reveals that in "X-Men: Apocalypse" he will be bald. During an interview with the HuffPost Live, the actor said:

"I'll be older in this one. [And] I think I'm losing my hair finally. And yeah, that's kind of all I know...I got an email from the [producer/writer Simon Kinberg] who informed me he was getting dead excited about stuff, but he didn't want to divulge anything for a couple of weeks, so I really don't know."

McAvoy says the 2016 film will be "fairly apocalyptic" which of course makes sense given the title of this next establishment. "It seems fairly global, if we're talking apocalypse," X says. The actor shows his appreciation of the character and his epic role in the X-Men films, which he says he has been a fan of since he was a kid. "I was a massive fan of the cartoons, I never read the comics growing up."

Meanwhile, McAvoy will be starring in "The Disappearance of Eleanor Rigby" alongside Jessica Chastain. The film will be in theaters on Sept. 12.

"X-Men: Apocalypse," also starring Jennifer Lawrence, Michael Fassbender and Channing Tatum as Gambit, hits theaters in 2016. The film is written by Simon Kinberg, Dan Harris and Micahel Dougherty and directed by Bryan Singer.

Do you think McAvoy will actually cut all of his hair off? Are you excited for more small reveals about the next film?
