The 2014 NFL season has already reached Week 4. Fantasy Football owners need to decide which quarterbacks to select week in and week out.

This is an interesting week because it's the first week of bye weeks and we even have a couple teams (Miami Dolphins and Oakland Raiders) traveling to London, England. Latin Post.com takes a look at the quarterbacks you should start--and sit--on your roster in Week 4:

Start

Drew Brees

Drew Brees and the New Orleans Saints have their backs against the wall on the road. The team is 1-2 and will be facing the Dallas Cowboys in Week 4. As bad as this Cowboys defense was last year, they have improved and surprised many. The Saints defeated the Cowboys 49-17 with an NFL record 40 first downs last year in Week 10. That game was in New Orleans. Brees probably won't duplicate that game, but he's an easy starter this week.

Tony Romo

What a shootout game this might be. With DeMarco Murray running the ball like an All-Pro, the Saints defense will have to stack the box at the line of scrimmage. This should open up the vertical passing game for Romo and wide receiver Dez Bryant. Expect a high scoring game in Texas this Sunday Night.

Phillip Rivers

What a great opportunity for the San Diego Chargers. After their AFC West rival Denver Broncos lost to the Seattle Seahawks, the Broncos have a bye week. The Chargers face the dismal Jacksonville Jaguars, and quarterback Philip Rivers should be able to light it up at home. Traveling nearly 3,000 miles won't help the Jaguars defense.

Bench

Tom Brady

The New England Patriots face the Kansas City Chiefs at Arrowhead Stadium on Monday Night Football. The Chiefs haven't been dominant so far, but that is one of the loudest stadiums in the league. The Patriots offensive line isn't giving Brady any time to throw, and his receivers aren't getting open. Trading away Logan Mankins hasn't looked like a great decision so far.

Cam Newton

The Panthers had a rough outing against the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 3, losing 37-19. This week, the Panthers face the Baltimore Ravens, and Cam Newton has his hands full on the road. Newton doesn't appear to be 100 percent healthy regarding his rib injury, and the Ravens defense has been playing very well this season.

Joe Flacco

The Panthers defense had a terrible game last week against the Pittsburgh Steelers, but don't expect that to happen again. The Ravens could very well win this game, but they should depend on their defense and running to do so. The Panthers defense, led by Luke Kuechly, was the No. 2 ranked defense in all of football last season. Flacco is a good quarterback, but the Panthers defense is elite.

Risky

Colin Kaepernick

This might seem weird because Kaepernick is facing a below average pass defense, the Philadelphia Eagles, in Week 4. But the reality is Kaepernick is just too inconsistent. In Week 2 against the Chicago Bears, he threw three interceptions. Kaepernick is either really hot or really cold. This 49ers franchise is still searching for their first-ever win at Levi's Stadium.
