Chiquis Rivera's book, "Perdón," promises to reveal more about her relationship with her late mother, Jenni Rivera.

The book, which was originally supposed to come out at the end of 2014, will now be released in April, according to People En Español.

"Perdón" will not only detail what it was like for Chiquis to be Jenni's right hand, but will also talk about Chiquis' relationship with her stepfather, Esteban Loaiza. Jenni and Chiquis had a falling out after Jenni accused her daughter of having a relationship with her husband. The book will explain more about how their relationship became fractured before Jenni's plane accident.

Chiquis will also talk about being sexually abused by her father in the book.

In a recent itnerview with "Sabado Gigante" host Don Francisco, Chiquis once again denied that she ever had a secret relationship with her stepfather. She said that Loaiza was kind to her, but that she would never have betrayed her mother.

"I have nothing bad to say about that man," Chiquis explained. "On the contrary, he was very good to my mom and my siblings, and I am thankful for it. I wish him the best, but nothing ever happened between us."

In that same interview, Chiquis said she had forgiven her father and doesn't hold any ill will toward him.

"I forgive him and I still love him," she said. "He's my father. If it weren't for him and my mother, I wouldn't be there. At some point, when I feel healed, I'd like to see him and hug him."

Chiquis has been very focused on her own career lately. She has a new music video for "La Malquerida," the song she debuted on Premios De La Radio, in which she plays a few different women at odds with one another:
