AMC has released a new clip of "Better Call Saul," its upcoming spin-off from the network's hit series "Breaking Bad."

The humorous one-minute preview shows Saul Goodman, played by Bob Odenkirk, then known as Jimmy McGill, strapped for cash and desperate. Jimmy is attempting to sneak his way into a parking garage operated by Mike Ehrmantraut, Jonathan Banks' character.

"I was a jerk," Jimmy admits to the man who later becomes his criminal private investigator and helper. "I will pay you what I owe you plus interest if you just let me come through."

With his signature poker face, Mike responds that the lawyer should go elsewhere to park, and this leads to multiple insults slung back-and-forth until it becomes an all-out and hilarious physical altercation.

The sneak peak has reinvigorated fans for the Sunday, Feb. 8 premiere of "Better Call Saul," which will debut with a special two-night run. Both episodes, on Sunday and Monday, will air at 10 p.m. EST, and then continue with weekly episodes airing at that time on Monday evenings.

The anticipated snip-off finds Odenkirk in his "Breaking Bad" role back in the early 2000s, roughly six years before the original show's meth-cooking timeline.

"Breaking Bad" showrunner Vince Gilligan and writer-director Peter Gould are back to create this spin-off. The two creators say the new episodes will show the transformation of small-time lawyer McGill into the Saul Goodman that audiences were introduced to in "Breaking Bad."

"It was always in Vince Gilligan and Peter Gould's laps to create it, want to do it and have a vision for it," Odenkirk said according to Rolling Stone. "I came along as a lucky actor."

Despite being months away from its premiere, "Better Call Saul" has already secured a second season renewal.

New cast members include Michael McKean, who will play Saul's brother, as well as Rhea Seehorn, Patrick Fabian and Michael Mando.
