Naya Rivera, 26, and Detroit rapper, Big Sean, 25, are ready to jump the broom! According to reports, Big Sean proposed to Rivera.

The pair began dating just six months ago. Big Sean took to Twitter, to state that he was a fan of hers, which motivated direct message exchanges between the two. This was followed by dinner, and the rest was "history," according to Rivera.

Sean and Rivera's first public appearance together was in April of this year, when the two appeared on the red carpet at the 42 premiere at the TCL Chinese Theater in Hollywood.

Rivera was then seen at Big Sean's birthday party at Wolfgang's Steakhouse. The relationship wasn't actually announced, however,  until the hip-hop artist went on a Los Angeles radio station, where he indicated that Rivera was the hottest woman that he's ever dated.

The engagement was confirmed by Rivera's rep and was further confirmed by the sizable diamond that the actress wore on her ring finger at Latina magazine's Hollywood Hot List Party.

The "Mercy" rapper has more than once talked about how the Puerto Rican singer/actress has improved his life, and has made him a better person. And, Rivera has reiterated that Big Sean excites her and makes her happy.

"Every morning I wake up, I look over at her and be like, 'I'm winning so hard,'" the rapper once stated to E! News about his future wife.

And, about her fiancé, Rivera has said, "He's like my biggest cheerleader, my support system. He sings to me. He's the sweetest guy."

California-born Rivera began modeling and acting at a young age, appearing on Kmart commercials, the short-lived sitcom The Royal Family, Family Matters, Baywatch, The Bernie Mac Show, 8 Simple Rules and CSI: Miami; but got her big break when portraying the venomous Santana Lopez on Glee. She is currently working on her first studio album, and her debut single "Sorry," featuring her fiancé, was released for digital download last month.

Big Sean, born Sean Michael Anderson, signed with Kanye West's GOOD Music, before signing on with Def Jam Recordings. Sean has released five albums, Finally Famous Vol...3: Big, Finally Famous, Cruel Summer, Detroit, and Hall of Fame, which bears hits, "Marvin & Chardonnay," "Mercy," and "My Last."

The wedding date has not been announced.
