"Yo No Creo En Los Hombres" star Lenny de la Rosa is having success in his career, which has prompted many to compare him to fellow Cuban William Levy.

De la Rosa spoke about being called the new Levy to Univision's "Hoy."

"William is a great dude," he said. "Well what can I say. William Levy has lately been the breakout star of leading men in Latin America."

De la Rosa called Levy a "brother" and said he welcomes the comparison. He is going to continue to working hard and giving it his all, he added.

The star is also very thankful that "Yo No Creo En Los Hombres" has done so well for him.

"I'm thankful with God, Mexico ... the empire that has given me this project," he said. "And thank God the criticism has helped us very much... The character has worked. I'm very happy."

De la Rosa also doesn't believe that getting this success will change who he is. He is confident that he will remain the same with his fans and the press.

He explained that he was raised that way, so he wouldn't change.

"It's a reflection of your home," he said. "I'm also very happy with what the public has given me."

After he's done filming "Yo No Creo En Los Hombres," de la Rosa would like to do musical theater. He doesn't have concrete plans, but he is looking for something that helps him grow as a performer as well as a person.

In September, the actor denied that he was in a relationship with Fey.

He told "Hoy" that the two were just "good friends," according to People En Español.

In November, Fey shared a half naked picture of de la Rosa, notes Radio Formula. This meant that rumors of a relationship persisted.
