On Sunday, "The Real" talk show co-host and actress, Tamera Mowry announced on Instagram that she is pregnant.

Mowry's current pregnancy marks baby number two for the TV host and her husband Adam Housley. The two are currently parents to two-year-old, Aden John Tanner Housley.

Following Mowry's pregnancy announcement, her "The Real" co-hosts took to Twitter to send their congratulations to the soon-to-be mother of two, E! News reports.  Check out their tweets below.

Prior to the baby news, Mowry told People that she and her husband were actively trying for a second child.

"[We] definitely want another one," she told People. "I don't have a plan. Whatever happens, happens. But I would be very grateful to have another baby."

Mowry expressed the same excitement for her son Aden after his first birthday.

In a past interview with Essence, the "Sister Sister" actress described motherhood in one word-- "wow."

It has been wow, that's the first word I can think of, and such a blessing," Mowry said of motherhood. "I'm so grateful to have be chosen to be a mom. Children are from God and are a passage through you. I have had some of the most blissful days as well as some challenging in my life. But as a result, it has molded me into the person I am today. As I teach my son, he teaches me. You learn so much about yourself when you become a mom."

Mowry concluded the interview by offering "mommy advice" and encouraging new mothers to trust their motherly instincts.

"It's ok not to feel 100% prepared," she continued. "I don't think you always are, just be confident as you go and know we are naturally equipped for this. Our mommy instincts are a gift from God and I know mine haven't ever steered me wrong."
