It's been several years since Maite Perroni was a member of "RBD" and a cast member on the hit telenovela "Rebelde."

In that time, Perroni has been able to transform herself into a leading lady, but she is looking forward to the upcoming RBD documentary.

"The RBD documentary involves all of us that took part of this story, so we are anxious to see what will be shown because we don't know the material," she said in an interview with Televisa, according to "Despierta America." "I would like to know what has been accomplished with this documentary."

Director Pedro Damian previously talked about the documentary, according to Informador. He looked at 80 hours of footage for the documentary, and he said it would include previously unreleased material.

"The movie contains material that you've never seen," he said. "It's what was behind the scenes, what happened in dressing rooms, hotels, the streets, the places we visited and the RBD's split from Lula de Silva and everything that happened."

The documentary was also going to get serious and show the 2006 incident, where three fans died in Brazil. A security fence fell on them as the band signed autographs.

In her interview with Televisa, Perroni also talked about her "Rebelde" co-star Anahi, explaining that her former bandmate was excited about her upcoming wedding. Perroni added that she was happy for her, and that Anahi was very in love.

Now that she has finished filming "La Gata," Perroni is able to tour. She released her debut solo album, "Eclipse de Luna," in 2014. She didn't get into detail about what's to come, but she did say that there is still more for her to do with her acting and singing careers.
