Lindsay Lohan could be in trouble with a Los Angeles judge if she does not complete her community service by Wednesday. The actor put off finishing her court-ordered community service and has been scrambling in the last couple of days to complete it. Lohan will probably not finish in time.

Lohan, 28, had to finish 15 days, or around 138 hours, of community service, part of a 30-day community service order giving by a Los Angeles court after he was involved in a car crash, according to TMZ. By November, Lohan had not managed to complete the required time, but a judge allegedly gave her until Wednesday to finish it. Lohan is reportedly unlikely to get another extension.

Meanwhile, Lohan's lawyers will argue actor was too sick to complete her court-mandated punishment, reports the New York Daily News. Lohan contracted the Chikungunya virus, she told fans on Twitter, while in Bora Bora during the holidays. Now her attorneys plan to use that to deflect whatever the judge could throw at her.

The virus, a joint-debilitating disease carried by mosquitoes, has affected millions in the Caribbean and other tropical areas around the world. According to TMZ, Lohan was placed in King Edward VII’s Hospital in London on Jan. 21 after symptoms resurfaced and she could not walk. However, she was later discharged, and doctors at the hospital referred her to a specialist.

Three days ago Lohan posted a photo to her Instragram of her in a white crop top and white thong.

“#mycalvins are helping me fight off my chikungunya," the caption said.

Though it could have stopped there, Page Six reports Saturday night Lohan went out in Paris and partied at a club called Le Titty Twister until 5 a.m. Sunday.

“She was at a party called ‘Les (Art)ists’ and dancing close to DJ Cassidy all night,” a source told Page Six.

The next day Lohan attended the Saint Laurent fashion show.

Unless the judge can count Le Titty Twister and the Saint Laurent fashion show as community service, Lohan may be in trouble come Wednesday.
