What do you get when you mix a pork belly and beef patty, funnel cake-battered Twinkies, bacon and cheese? You get a savory, fattening treat, courtesy of PYT Burger and Bar's new Deep-Friend Twinkie Burger.

The Philadelphia restaurant known for their outrageous burgers premiered the Deep-Fried Twinkie Burger on Tuesday.

"We are really sorry about this, but someone had to do it," the burger's creators said via their Facebook page.

After PYT announced the latest in deliciously gluttonous burgers, a line formed outside the restaurant before it was even open.

"It's a really cool combination of salty and sweet," Sarah Brown, PYT co-owner, said in an interview with New York Daily News. "It's surprisingly very good. It is very rich, though."

The burger's buns are Twinkies dipped and fried in funnel cake batter. The meat is comprised of a blend of pork belly and beef. Good old fashioned American cheese and applewood smoked bacon complete the sweet and salty treat. The Deep-Fried Twinkie Burger was created when a regular and friend of the store's owner brought some Twinkies to the restaurant.

"Flavor appeal comes from the combination of savory and sweet in the same bite," Kevin McGehrin, PYT manager, told ABC News. "Sweetness comes from the Twinkie, of course, and by using the pork belly in the blend, it really amps up the savory aspect of the patty. The applewood bacon gives it a bit of a smoky component. The bun texture is a crunchy exterior with a soft warm fluffy cake-like center."

The Deep-Friend Twinkie Burger will be available until next Tuesday. If demand is high, the burger may be available longer.

PYT is known for combining everyone's favorite treats into the ultimate burger. They are the creator of The Doh! Nut Burger, which has Krispy Kreme doughnuts for buns and chocolate-covered bacon, The Bacon Taco Burger, which has a taco shell made of bacon, The Korean Short Rib Burger and the Cheesesteak Pretzel Roll Burger.

"Obviously eating a burger like the Twinkie burger is not going to be recommended by your doctor," McGehrin said. "We just try to come up with fun ideas that give people something to reward themselves with."
