There has been a marital rift between Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom for months now, due to Odom's alleged drug use earlier in the year.

Odom was arrested in August, and was charged with DUI in Los Angeles. Ever since then, the married couple has been on the rocks. However, the reality star and the former NBA player were spotted together last week at Kanye West's "Yeezus" concert. It was their first time in public together since reports of Odom's drug use surfaced. The estranged pair seemed like they were having a great time, dancing and singing throughout the entire event by each other's side.

On Sunday night's episode of "Keeping Up With the Kardashians," Khloe opened up about how she has been unpleasant with Odom during a family camping trip. "Even though I don't like camping, right now I need all the distractions I can get," she admitted. "They're kind of like therapy for me."

After speaking to her husband on the phone, Kardashian explained her situation at home regarding Odom to her family. "Lamar has been having a really tough time lately and it's not just black and white," said Khloe. "There's a lot of emotional issues and as much as I'm trying to enjoy going camping with my family I also have to cater to Lamar's needs."

Khloe Kardashian also expressed her serious concern and worry for Lamar Odom. "It's really scary when nothing's really working and you know if you give up, no one in his life would be able to help," she said.

Towards the end of the trip, Odom's assistant told Kardashian that Odom has gone missing. "If someone wants to leave, they want to leave," Khloe said in frustration. "You're not my child, I can't lock you in a room."
