The movie poster for the upcoming Disney thriller, "Maleficent," has finally been revealed. The artwork features the acclaimed actress Angelina Jolie, who looks incredibly fierce and scary as the film's leading role, the "Mistress of All Evil."

"Maleficent" is based on the classic tale "Sleeping Beauty," however the movie is created in a more interesting way, since the story is told from the perspective of the villain Maleficent. The film explains what drove Maleficent to curse Princess Aurora, played by Elle Fanning.

The poster shows a close-up shot of Angelia Jolie, who glares straight ahead, while wearing the protagonist's signature black headdress with horns, along with a cape. The actress looks even more villainous with her bright bloody red lips, pale white skin, and her blue-green eyes.

"It's a really great script. I'm having a lot of fun. I've already got my horns fitted," said Jolie.

And she is all about the family business -- three of Angelina Jolie's six children will be playing roles in the movie. In August 2012, Walt Disney Studios confirmed that the actress' 5-year-old daughter Vivienne would play a child version of Princess Aurora. Two months later, Pax, nearly 10, and Zahara, 8, were also chosen to have smaller parts in "Maleficent."

The film features Elle Fanning, Sam Riley, Sharito Copley, Imelda Staunton, Juno Temple and Lesley Manville, as well.

The trailer of the forthcoming Disney movie will be released at 9 a.m. EST on Wednesday, November 13. "Maleficent" is set to hit theaters May 30, 2014.
