It is not over for the troubled couple yet: Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom met up over the weekend at a Beverly Hills therapist's office in hopes of saving their four-year marriage.

The reality star and former NBA player got separated in August when Kardashian found out about Odom allegedly cheating on her with three different women, in addition to his drug addiction.

"They spoke about all of their issues," a source revealed. On the same day of the visit at the therapy office, the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" reality star posted a message in white lettering on black background via Instagram that read, "If it is important to you, you will find a way. If not, you will find an excuse."

"Khloe still loves and cares about him," a source said. "But healing will take a long time."

Khloe Kardashian shared a photo of her suitcases, packed with her clothes on Tuesday. She does not want to deal with her marriage issue at this moment; she wishes to "get perspective" during a Kardashian promotional tour for Lipsy, which will take place in London, Dubai and Australia.

The reality star certainly has a busy schedule ahead of her. Kardashian is planning to attend a launch party in London on Thursday, and she will have a signing event on the following day. "I will be at Gilgamesh, Camden on November 15 at 3 p.m. for an exclusive fan signing to celebrate our Kardashian Kollection for Lipsy!" she wrote on her blog.

Khloe Kardashian is also scheduled to visit Dubai on Sunday, and on November 20, she will stop by the Highpoint Shopping Center in Melbourne, Australia. On the next day, she will make appearance at the Westfield Parramatta mall in Sydney.
