The estranged husband of Pamela Anderson is seeking to have their barely yearlong marriage annulled, charging the former "Baywatch" star deceived him into marrying her for a second time.

Rick Salomon filed legal documents in Las Vegas this week, nearly a week after Anderson formally filed for divorce in a Los Angeles court room.

According to TMZ, while sources close to Salomon declined to reveal what he specifically alleges Anderson defrauded him about, they do believe he has "solid proof" of deceit on her part. The annulment was filed by Richard Schonfeld, the same attorney who represented Britney Spears in one of her previous divorces.

The website adds Salomon is seeking to avoid paying Anderson any spousal support and is asking the judge to rule there is no community property that exists between them. TMZ reports Salomon won loads of money playing poker last year.

Anderson and Salomon wed in January of 2014. The couple was previously married in a Las Vegas ceremony in 2007, but separated after just two months of being together. Anderson also filed for divorce from Salomon last July, but quickly withdrew the petition. She has also been married to rockers Tommy Lee and Kid Rock.

During an appearance on the "Ellen" show late in 2014, Anderson told the talk show host she and Salomon were "best friends with benefits" and later raved, "he's a great guy. It's recycling. I'm very happy. We're happy."

Earlier this week, TMZ reported Anderson had ordered Salomon to remove his two teenage daughters and his dog from her home. The website added even after he begged her for more time, Anderson remained adamant in her demands.

Salomon's two daughters are from a previous marriage to E.G. Daily. He also infamously once starred in a sex tape with Paris Hilton that was leaked over the internet.
