Patrick Stewart has enjoyed a bit of a resurgence in "pop culture icon" status, and he reinforces that with his newest video for "Let It Snow"!

Stewart, an accomplished stage and theater actor, first rose to pop culture prominence as Captain Jean-Luc Picard in "Star Trek: The Next Generation." He currently does voices for "Family Guy" and "American Dad."

Of course, since we're coming close to Christmas, we'll soon be innundated with countless inane songs until December 26th (and, in some markets, the New Year. Yuck!). Having Patrick Stewart sing "Let It Snow" makes it that much more tolerable.

Now, it bears noting -- this isn't an official release from Stewart singing "Let It Snow." It's a cutup by a director named James Coventant, who, at the end of the video, pitches an interesting game idea called "Black/White," which he hopes to get crowd-funded next year.
