In a great effort to help students to have hope for their futures and prepare for their dreams, Drake has recently announced his plans to build a recording studio at Strawberry Mansion High School in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

The struggling institution, which serves over 400 children, has a high crime rate and is considered one of the most dangerous schools in the United States.

"In the next few months, I'm building a recording studio inside your school," the Toronto rapper said to the students in the audience. "This about you. This about your principal. This about your future. I love you. I care about you. I want to see you succeed."

In a previous "World News with Diane Sawyer" report that featured Strawberry Mansion High School, a student at the institution speaks about her lack of hope.

"I don't dream," she says. "Why would I hope if I know, well, I think, ain't nothin' gon' change about this school or this neighborhood."

The "Nothing Was The Same" rapper mentions that he has made the decision to build a recording studio at the school, inspired by Diane Sawyer's original piece.

"I caught this piece that Diane did, and by the end of it I was so heavily affected I started like questioning like major aspects of my life," says Drizzy.

In addition, Drake has given the students with tickets and transportation to his "Would You Like A Tour?" trek, which is scheduled to take place at Philadelphia's Wells Fargo Center Dec. 18.
