After going through the most insane of challenges, like building robots and even becoming human bowling bowls themselves, it was dating couple Jason Case and Amy Diaz who emerged to be the winners of Amazing Race season, among four couple finalists.

According to USA Today, the final four pairs of finalists include dating couple from Boston Jason and Amy, exes from New Jersey Tim and Marie, cousins Leo and Jamal, and married ER doctors Travis and Nicole. The cousins finished fourth while the rest of the three pairs pushed on to Alaska for some target hitting from a plane and assembling gigantic totem poles. Tim and Marie finished at second place while Travis and Nicole finished third.

Amy expressed her excitement and happiness over their victory by posting to Facebook and Twitter with the hashtag #JasonAndAmy:

#JasonAndAmy WE WON THE AMAZING RACE!!! "Four continents, nine countries, more than 35,000 miles - Jason and Amy, you have won the one million dollars and you are the official winners of The Amazing Race. After six second-place finishes, you've run in here on the final leg of The Amazing Race and you have won it!" ~Phil... Music to our ears!!!!! AHHHHHHH

Jason was quieter when it came to social media, allowing Amy to do all the thanking to their fans and supporters throughout the run of the show's season, Hollywood Life noted.

Amazing Race 23 host Phil Keoghan told TVGuide.com that this season's batch is the most competitive group that their show had.
