All the hype on Samsung's next generation flagship device isn't boiling down soon. In fact, it is safe to say that rumors about the device come in almost everyday. Here is a short list of the could-be specs for Samsung Galaxy S5.

16MP ISOCELL Technology Camera

It seems that the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 is not the only one getting the much delighted 16 MP ISOCELL camera next year. Rumor has it that the Samsung Galaxy 5 will also be sporting one.

According to Gotta Be Mobile, the South Korean giant is working on making its flagship device the best of both camera and mobile. The company has even merged their camera and mobile divisions.

The much-awaited 16 MP camera integrated with ISOCELL technology allows users to take better photos in low light environments. The company is also reportedly throwing in Optical Image Stabilization with the upgrade.

Iris Scanner

Forget fingerprints-only security measures! Samsung is allegedly betting on scanning eyes on top of fingers. Quoting ZDNet Korea, Mashable reports that the Samsung Galaxy S5 will have both fingerprint sensors and iris scanners.

Much like HTC One Max and iPhone 5s' TouchID fingerprint technology, Samsung's iris scanner will also function as an unlock feature.

Quad HD Display

Gotta Be Mobile also quotes ZDNet Asia in its claim that Samsung is working on the Galaxy S5 as its very first QHD smartphone. The S5 will allegedly sport a display with 2560 x 1440 resolution - higher than that of the iPad Air. The rumored 2560 x 1440 resolution is at par with a 27-inch iMac's resolution.

Tizen-Firefox OS

The South Korean giant is said to be collaborating with Firefox and soon to be ditching Android. A report by DesignNTrend says that the S5 could very well come in both Tizen and Android - giving users and buyers a choice. Conflicting reports say that the S5 will come with the latest Android version - Android 4.4 KitKat.

4GB RAM plus 64-bit Exynos Processor

The Galazy S5 will also be the first smartphone ever to sport 4GB worth of RAM. Quoting Korean site Digital Times, DesignNTrend reports that Samsung is improving its next generation line-up of smartphones' processing power. The S5 will also come with a 64-bit Exynos processor.

Multiple reports are saying that the next generation Samsung Galaxy will make its first public appearance at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, February 2014.
