After months of speculation, Jennifer Lopez has officially announced her own residency at Las Vegas' Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino, starting January 2016.

"I've been preparing for this moment my entire life," she said during the semifinal of "American Idol" Season 14 on Tuesday evening. "The show is going to be a multifaceted, high energy 'Jenny from the Block' party, mixing all aspects of what my fans and I love."

Kicking off her first show on Jan. 20 next year at the hotel's AXIS theatre, the Latin mogul is scheduled to perform 19 more two-hour shows over the course of four months before wrapping up in June 12.

J. Lo also promised that she would bring a mixture of "dance, hip-hop, Latin and pop" to the upcoming live concerts, adding: "It's going to be the show I've always dreamt of creating."

The "Booty" singer also took to her Instagram account on Wednesday to share a video clip teasing her residency.

"Jennifer Lopez is the perfect addition to the exciting line-up at The AXIS," Planet Hollywood regional president David Hoenemeyer said in a statement, via MTV UK.

Hoenemeyer's colleague at Caesars Entertainment, Jason Gastwirth, concurred and expressed his excitement: "Jennifer's show will be the perfect combination of a cutting-edge production spectacular and an extraordinary fun night-out, all centered around a supremely talented international superstar."

Looks like it is a trend for pop's biggest divas to head to Sin City, as Mariah Carey just opened her residency and Britney Spears just extended hers there.

A pre-sale begins Wednesday before opening up to the general public on Saturday. Ticket prices ranges from $59 to $219.
