"Final Fantasy 15" game developer Square Enix has recently announced that version 2.0 of the demo video "Episode Duscae" is finally arriving in early June. The updated demo is said to have lots of enhancements and changes to address fans' feedback from the first version that was released.

The announcement was made via Twitter in Japanese. Website Siliconera translated the post, which was revealed to be an official statement to introduce the arrival of the upcoming version 2.0 in June.

Square Enix received numerous feedbacks from the fans who were able to test the demo version that arrived with the Day One edition of the Final Fantasy Type-0 HD, Eurogamer reported. Their comments spawned the developers to come up with Episode Duscae 2.0.

The developers, along with game director Hajime Tabata, focused on the top 15 issues brought up by the fans and addressed these carefully in a livestream. Among the top things mentioned were the lack of a compass or map for the game, a defective "lock-on" mode, cancellation of attacks and some battles being too easy for the player.

Square Enix also received feedback that one of the characters -- Cindy -- is "too sexy." The comment probably stemmed from the way the character showed too much skin in her attire. Tabata assured players that Cindy is in no way whatsoever created to put sex to the minds of the players. She is described as an active and energetic mechanic as well as outgoing.

The director vowed that they would do their best to revamp Cindy so that any sexual tone would not come across to the gamers.

Meanwhile, European players made a comment that they would prefer to see a female character be included in the four party members even as a guest character. While Tabata did not specifically say that the developers would create one, he did mention that guest party characters would soon be introduced and female characters could be added into the mix through that option.

The updated demo was initially scheduled for release within May. Since the livestream happened in April, the developers were still unsure of how they would want to present the version 2.0 for testing at that time, Game Spot reported.

"If possible, instead of presenting a master that will be like the final release, I really want everyone to see and feel how the game is improving toward the final release as we take in all of their feedback," said Tabata.

Final Fantasy 15 Episode Duscae 2.0 will be available in June 2015.
