Nicki Minaj never settles for less, especially when it comes to sex.

"I demand that I climax," she said in Cosmopolitan's July issue. "I think women should demand that."

The Trinidadian emcee then talked about her friend, who has never had an orgasm in her life.

"In her life! That hurts my heart. It's cuckoo to me," she went on, revealing that she and her pals often have "orgasm interventions," in which they would show the less-fortunate friend "how to do stuff."

"We'll straddle each other, saying, 'You gotta get on him like that and do it like this,'" she continued. "She says she's a pleaser. I'm a pleaser, but it's fifty-fifty."

Minaj also detailed her steamy rendezvous with beau Meek Mill -- particularly the time they had adventurous sex in her Range Rover.

"That's a turn-on. It's exciting," she said. "[But the Range Rover was] so small and uncomfortable. Neither of us could believe we were doing that, but it happened. For him, it was really great. Like, super, super great."

Meanwhile, the "Truffle Butter" rapper strongly believes that women should seek equality in a business setting, as she is in the bedroom.

"Women are uncomfortable talking about money. I know it's taboo to discuss it at work," she noted. "Technically, you shouldn't, but you need to know what people around you are making. Otherwise, you're not going to know what you're worth."

Minaj also discussed recording her latest album "The Pinkprint" following her split from longtime boyfriend Safaree Samuels.

"As women, we are vulnerable and emotional, and that's OK," she added. "I had to learn quickly that if you don't have a sense of self, you can be destroyed by a man. You can be destroyed by a relationship. I had to ask myself, 'Who am I? Is this good enough?' I had to approve of myself and my skills."
