Nicki Minaj's ex Safaree Samuels recently released his single "Love the Most" on iTunes, which details the things gone wrong in his 12-year relationship with Minaj, Urban Islandz reports.

In the song, Samuels accuses Minaj of cheating on him and using drugs and suggests that rapper Meek Mill, who is Minaj's current boyfriend, broke them up.

"I had to watch you kiss Nas and pretend it's all cool/Inside I was feeling like a motherf**king fool," Samuels raps in the song.

"That's between me and you, it was always me and you. We ain't do this off opinions, it was only me and you, then you let somebody new come and whisper in your ear, didn't think he woulda told you that was my biggest fear."

Though Samuels doesn't specify who he is referring to in the song, Urban Islandz reports that Samuels' friend confirmed that Meek Mill is the person who allegedly bad mouthed Samuels to Minaj and is responsible for their breakup.

"Yes it was Meek who told Nicki that Safaree cheated on her and that all came from a small conversation that they had where SB was joking about being famous and f***** different hoes and sh** like that," a sources reportedly told Urban Islandz.

"So you can see this was something planned out and well executed by Meek to have Safaree out Nicki's life by poisoning her mind against him. All I know it was a messed up situation and the winners and losers are clear."

Minaj has since responded to the accusations made in Samuels' song and insists that it was Samuels who cheated on her, Entertainment Tonight reports.

In a Twitter rant that has been mostly deleted, Minaj slammed Samuels and professed her love for Mill.

The "Feeling Myself" rapper later back tracked and praised herself and Samuels for maintaining a 12-year relationship despite their breakup in the end.
