Episode "Rebound" led the eight-episode, seventh season of "Royal Pains." However, already on its fourth episode, "The Prince of Nucleotides," the season is nearly half over and fans are still getting reacquainted with their favorite concierge doctor, Hank Lawson, and the rest of the gang.

During the first few episodes of the new season, Evan and Paige bought a new home, and Divya saved the life of a young skateboarder, which inadvertently led to her arrest and a video of the arrest going viral. In better news, Divya began performing genetic tests on a handsome, royal client, Prince Quami, who apparently doesn't like to play by the rules. Meanwhile, Hank treated a triathlon patient who gave him dating advice, and later allowed an actor to shadow him while preparing for a role.

"The Prince of Nucleotides," the fourth episode, will show Hank treating a transgender teen, and he will learn quite a bit about the difficulties and complications that she faces in her life. Evan and Jeremiah will opt to host a gala fundraiser for the Center for Rare & Orphan Diseases. Meanwhile, Divya will grow closer to Prince Quami.

During the fifth episode, "Voices Carry," Hank will travel to Manhattan with Olympia (Vanessa Williams), although their time together in NYC won't go quite as expected. Meanwhile, Evan will express feelings of worry, afraid that Boris is keeping a secret from him about the Hospital. Also, Paige will work desperately to finish the home renovations to come to an end, but will be confronted by a delay.

In regards to Evan and Paige's storyline, fans have expressed dismay because they seem stalled, and always waiting: waiting for the completion of their home and waiting to see if they'll become pregnant.

The fourth episode of "Royal Pains" will appear June 23, on the USA Network.
