Lil Wayne recently claimed that Drake and Nicki Minaj might leave Young Money due to its CEO Birdman's poor management.

According to new documents obtained by TMZ, the New Orleans emcee expressed doubt about his protégés staying with the record company, insisting that his longtime partner failed to pay them the profits they made, among other things he owed.

While he is still dealing with his $51 million lawsuit against Cash Money Records and Baby, as well as the uncertainty of "Tha Carter V" release, Weezy has reportedly signed with a royalties collection company, Kobalt Neighbouring Rights.

Earlier this month, AllHipHop reported that with the involvement of the London-based firm services, Wayne wants to win back what he believes is owed to him, including unpaid royalties and record advances by Cash Money.

According to Kobalt's website, the company uses a "powerful tracking system" to "ensure all income is correctly accounted" for their clients and develop "detailed expectations from third party performance data, Territory expectations from Kobalt's pre-distribution health check, as well as from the client's income data."

In addition, the "Selsun Blue" rapper, who has been touring different nightclubs in support of his most recent "Sorry 4 the Wait 2" mixtape lately, is currently gearing up to drop his long-awaited "Free Weezy Album" next month.

Following his performance of "We Be Steady Mobbin" at the Heat Ultra Lounge OC in Anaheim, California, on June 16, Wayne took a moment to make a special announcement about the upcoming record.

The "Believe Me" hitmaker revealed that the follow-up to 2013's "I Am Not A Human Being 2" is set to arrive on Independence Day.

"I have a new album coming out, it's called, 'FWA,'" he told the crowd. "It'll be out Fourth of July."
