Emma Watson was spotted roaming the streets of New York City apparently apartment hunting.

The 23-year -old actress was reported to have taken a trip to the big apple to scout some real estate before flying out of JFK airport the next day, according to JustJared.

After for reportedly searching for 2 years, residents of the Upper East Side rejoice as Daily News' sources say the British starlet has fallen in love with "prewar condo on 150 E. 72nd St. Tuesday."

The building has a few options the actress could consider including a 1,400 square feet 2-bedroom priced at $ 3.9 million, another unit twice the size fitting 3 bedrooms at $ 7.5 million or the 4 bedroom penthouse featuring 3,700 square feet at a whopping 15.5 million.

The upscale and exclusive apartment is located near the Park and offers a lot of light in the rooms.

Things are looking bright for the actress who confirmed in December that she split from her boyfriend of 2 years last summer. Good news is that the Perks of Being  a Wallflower actress has found a budding romance with hunk Matthew Janney, Oxford University rugby star.

Sources say that while the love affair is new and in its early stages, the pair is "very much into each other."

Perezhilton reports that Emma has gotten the approval of Janney's family; Coralie Day, Matt's second mother had only wonderful things to say about Emma. "We are thrilled to bits that he is seeing Emma Watson. We are looking forward to meeting her soon. Hats off to her for finding such a wonderful young man.
