"The Flash" will be getting a new costume for the upcoming season.

Comic-Con is currently underway and Warner Bros. Television is having a massive display of costumes including some from the new seasons of the hit shows "Arrow" and "The Flash."

From the exhibition one of the biggest surprises is that the Flash will be wearing a new costume. The costume has a new logo that has a white background instead of a red background. The change makes actor Grant Gustin's costume more closely matched with the original comic book look.

CW is making sure to stick by the comics as a number of popular characters from the original source material are likely to appear this next season. The new costume is likely to appease fans while also freshen the series.

Beside the Flash costume, the display also has some interesting accessories including Jay Garrick's helmet, which was seen in "The Flash" season finale. There are also costumes of Arrow and Reverse-Flash as well as Firestorm and Dark Archer.

"The Flash" Season 2 is one of the most anticipated series for the fall. The first season was a huge hit that scored universal praise and also obtained huge ratings. Critics raved and said "The Flash benefits from its purposefully light atmosphere, making it a superhero show uniquely geared toward genre fans as well as novices."

Starring Gustin, Tom Cavanagh, Candice Patton and Carlos Valdes, the series tells the story of Barry Allen who discovers his super speed powers and uses them to save Central City.

Very little is known about the new season but CW is currently casting a new love interest for Barry Allen and Gustin revealed there will be a new villain for the film.

The new season is currently in production and is expected to air on Oct. 6. The show will air on CW.
