Within just 24 hours of operation, the new Ellen DeGeneres' Edbyellen.com website already had more than 300,000 registered users and had sold out of items such as the Indigo Striped linens and pillows, the white Cotton Bomber Jacket, the Oversized Stripe Crew Neck Sweatshirt and the Horsebit Cheese Knives Set.

According to Women's Wear Dailyother top-selling items of the new lifestyle venture by DeGeneres and Christopher Burch included its Original Dog Tees (DeGeneres loves animals) and embroidered bracelets with her signature "Love" and "Joy" sayings on them.

In addition to 57-year DeGeneres' own star power, not to mention 45.2 million Twitter followers, the site also got a boost from celebrity tweets posted by the likes of Madonna, Justin Bieber, Kim Kardashian, Pharrell Williams, Ashton Kutcher, Britney Spears, Ariana Grande and Kerry Washington.

The good news undoubtedly comes as a respite for DeGeneres, who in recent days is rumored to have been incessantly fighting with wife Portia de Rossi.

In Touch Weekly reports the two recently returned from a trip to South Africa and immediately had a huge fight about de Rossi's career. The website adds that blowup comes on top of recent ones stemming from accusations of cheating and rampant drug use.

"Portia told Ellen that once she starts filming 'Scandal' again, she'll be married to her job," a source told In Touch of what led to the most recent dispute.

Apparently, that news came as a complete and bitter shock to DeGeneres, who has long been rumored to seemingly control her wife's every move.

"They wound up in a big screaming match and didn't speak again for days," the source added. "It doesn't look like they will ever be able to get back on track. Ellen and Portia will soon be living separate lives."

According to RadarOnline, de Rossi had been recently pressuring DeGeneres to cut back on her workload so the two could spend more time together working on their union. The 42-year-old veteran actress was only recently released from rehab for a drug and alcohol addiction.

DeGeneres' current talk show deal expires in 2017, and she reportedly has already told staffers this may spell the end.
