The Denver Broncos are eyeing their third Lombardi Trophy, while the upstart Seattle Seahawks hope to win their first. Will the Peyton Manning-led Broncos offense carve up the Seahawks secondary en route to a huge victory? Perhaps the league's best cornerbacks, Earl Thomas and Richard Sherman, will shut down Peyton's passing game with timely deflections and interceptions.

In three days, all the rumors and intangibles will be thrown out of the window. The Super Bowl will come down to whoever can control the line of scrimmage and get to the end zone on a consistent basis. Defensive pressure on Denver QB Manning and running back Knowshon Moreno will be the two main keys for Seattle. On the other hand, Denver's defense is a bit banged up. Linebacker Von Miller missed significant time in 2013; will he be able to step up his game in prime time?

One of the least talked about players going into this Super Bowl is Broncos kicker Matt Prater. As evidenced by his NFL record setting and game winning 64 yard field goal kick in week 14 of the NFL's regular season, he's got some serious power. Will Prater be able to make the big time kicks in possibly windy, snowy and icy conditions? His track record proves that he will be one of the most reliable players the Broncos send out on the field... yet he's never been to the Super Bowl before.

Another Super Bowl newcomer is Seahawks gunslinger Russell Wilson. The sub 6-foot QB has a ton of heart and talent. People didn't even think he'd win Seattle's starting job going into last season. But here he is, leading the Seahawks to their second Super Bowl appearance in franchise history. Despite his height, he has great arm strength and can roll out of the pocket if needed. He hasn't brought his A game in the past few weeks, but if anyone can break out of a funk it's Wilson.

Seattle's X factor is obviously Percy Harvin. If he's indeed fully healthy and ready to go, no one is more dangerous. He can play the slot receiver role, compete for the long ball and absolutely eat opposing team's hearts out on special teams. Frankly, I think it would be surprisingly if Harvin didn't return a kickoff for six on Sunday.
