Just four teams remain in the 2015 Gold Cup. Mexico and Panama will play each other for the right to play in the finals, but we also have another semifinals game about to take place. Jamaica and the United States will play each other for that same prize.

Let's break down the game and pick a winner.

USA (40)

After winning Group A with a 2-1-0 record, the U.S. opened their playoff knockout stage with a dominating win over Cuba. The U.S. obliterated Cuba, 6-0 thanks to a hat trick from Clint Dempsey. Some fans had their doubts on the U.S.'s offense because Jozy Altidore is no longer a starter, but that obviously didn't play a factor last game.

The U.S. is no stranger to success at the Gold Cup. They are the defending champions having defeated Panama in 2013. They have won this tournament five times, the second most ever to only Mexico's six titles.

Brad Guzan will be starting in net once again for Tim Howard, who is taking the rest of the year off from international play. There's no doubt the U.S. has the superior offense, but can they penetrate that elite Jamaica defense? If the U.S. can score the first goal, this should be all but over as Jamaica doesn't score in bunches.

Team captain Michael Bradley leads a solid group of middle fielders, but the U.S. does have a penetrable defense.

Jamaica (76)

Jamaica is pretty different from the USA. They rely on their elite defense, and they don't have a great set of forwards. Jamaica's middle fielders drop back constantly creating a wall to stop opposing shots on goal. Since allowing two goals against Costa Rica in their opening game, Jamaica has not conceded a single goal against.

Jamaica convincingly won Group B. They've never won this tournament before, but this looks to be their best opportunity ever as they did won the Caribbean Cup just last year. Jamaica's best finish at the Gold Cup came in 1993 when they placed third overall.

Although Dwayne Miller has been sidelined with an injury, Ryan Thompson has been playing fantastic in net for Jamaica not allowing a single goal against. After shutting out Haiti in the quarterfinals, Thompson is expected to start in net once again.

Jamaica has a great defense led by Jermaine Taylor and Demar Phillips while team captain Rodolph Austin leads the middle fielders. Garath McCleary has been playing very well also. However, Jamaica's offense is below average at best. They must score the first goal to dethrone the U.S. as Jamaica is not a very good "come from behind" team.

Schedule, Where to Watch

The U.S. and Jamaica will play each other on Wednesday, July 22 at 6 p.m. EDT on Fox Sports 1. The game will be played at the Georgia Dome in Atlanta. You can watch a live game stream here.

Prediction

This is a clash of two opposites. The U.S. could very well blowout Jamaica, but Jamaica could squeak by with a 1-0 victory. In the end, the U.S. just has too much depth for Jamaica to overcome. The U.S. advances to another Gold Cup finals.

U.S. wins 1-0
