Ten arrests and two children later, "Teen Mom 2" star Jenelle Evans has made tremendous progress in her life after graduating from Miller-Motte Technical College on Friday with a diploma in medical assisting.

The 23-year-old mom-of-two took to Twitter on Friday to celebrate her achievement. "Sexy and successful! If i have been through all I did today and still can go back to school ..." she wrote, and launched a second tweet, "and graduate... SO CAN U! I did it !!!!!"

She shared a photo of herself dressed in a blue graduation cap and gown, along with fiancé Nathan Griffith, their 13-month-old son, Kaiser, and Evans' son Jace, 5. Evans praised the men in her life as being her "biggest support system."

Fans know that has not always been the case when it comes to Griffith, who was not supportive in the last episode when he refused to accompany Evans to an appointment with her lawyer to discuss Jace's custody. Griffith reportedly apologized and suggested they attend therapy.

In this week's "Teen Mom 2" episode "Not Good Enough," Barbara Evans and Jace visit Jenelle as custody of the little boy is still being negotiated.

Kailyn Lowry and husband Javi Marroquin discuss the future of their marriage.

Leah Messer and Corey Simms' already strained relationship gets more dramatic when he wants their daughters to spend more time at his house.

In the video clip, the two meet at a restaurant to discuss the shared custody of their twin daughters, Ali and Aleeah, 5.

"We've talked about changing custody of the girls and in some ways it makes sense and then in some ways it doesn't make sense," Messer says. "I am just talking to you about how I feel about it."

"Our time with the girls has been equally split. I'll show it to you on a calendar so you can understand it," he says calmly and shows her the calendar on his smartphone. "You have the girls Wednesday after school until Saturday evening. I'd have them Sunday until Wednesday morning. It is split in half as you can get in a week."

Messer turns the conversation from scheduling to her feeling that he's always "down her neck." "You say I'm trying to take them from you forever, but I'm not," he says. "But that's the way it comes off," she counters. He disagrees. "My concerns are more school and therapy," he says.

Simms describes a moment when one daughter made toast at his house and said that she learned to do it because her mom is a "sleepyhead." He did not like the fact that his 5-year-old daughter makes her own breakfast because her mother won't get out of bed to take care of the girls.

"It's not that big of a deal," she says. "What can I do to get the trust back?"

"I need to see a change," he says.
