After the third generation Moto G was teased a little over a week ago, another flagship device has been unceremoniously leaked from Brazil.

This time, the smartphone in question is Sony's Xperia C5 Ultra.

It was earlier rumored that the phone would be the Xperia X5 and would debut later this year in a highly-anticipated blockbuster film.

An image from Chinese website Digi-Wo circulated last Sunday of a "Spectre" promotional with the phrase "Made for Bond' on top of what appears to be a wording of an upcoming Xperia unit.

Fans first speculated that the blurred out character before "5" is the letter "Z" since the current offering from Sony is the Xperia Z4. Although at that point, the character could have represented a different letter entirely.

With this current development from Brazil, the "Spectre" ad could be pertaining to one of the Xperia C5s.

Sony is intent on promoting the company's latest smartphone in its upcoming movie and that product could very well be the Xperia C5 or its variant, the C5 Ultra.

The device is scheduled to be unveiled alongside the famous British secret agent but apparently, Brazilian policemen beat him to it.

Leak from the police?

Law enforcers retrieved an Xperia C5 Ultra unit after it allegedly went missing inside Anatel, a Brazilian certification agency, GSM Arena reported. However, instead of turning the device over to Anatel or Sony, the Sao Paulo Police Department published a report about it on Wednesday, along with a press photo.

The image is unlike any common low-quality leak since it is fairly vivid. It has since made its rounds online, with Sony fans taking note of one key observation.

The prototype has a bezel-free display!

Based from the placement of its front camera and the device's outward lack of bezels, Phone Arena speculated that Xperia C5 Ultra will have 5.5-inch display with 1920x1080-pixel resolution.

It will be fitted with a 13-megapixel camera both on the front and back.

Lastly, the device will run on a 64-bit octa-core MediaTek chipset and will be equipped with 2-gigabyte RAM.

Everything that has been said about the Sony Xperia C5 Ultra are all rumors at this point and should be taken with a grain of salt.
