Wilmer Valderrama has made it clear he has strong feelings for girlfriend Demi Lovato. The actor called the starlet his soulmate in a conversation the two had through text messages.

According to E! Online, Lovato posted a picture on Instagram of a conversation between her and the "From Dusk Till Dawn" actor.

The 22-year-old singer captioned the picture with, "When you and bae say the same thing at the same time..."

The funny exchange between the couple shows Lovato texting Valderrama with, "Omg that's what I said," to which he responded with, "Lololol My F*cking Soulmate!!!!!"

Valderrama and Lovato, who have been together for 5 years, have both recently shared details about their relationship.

Lovato told Cosmopolitan that Valderrama isn't the jealous type and has supported her through her biggest struggles. The singer also explained that they've experienced rough patches due to their age gap.

"I used to, definitely, whenever we were first starting to date about like five years ago, because I was 18 and he was 30, so people were definitely judgmental and even like my parents were kind of like, 'I don't know why someone his age is wanting to date someone so young,'" Lovato said. "After a while, everyone started to see that what we have is real and incredible and very special and we have been together ever since."

During a New Zealand radio Q&A the singer also revealed that she's ready to marry the actor.

"I am very, very in love with him. I think we will probably wait a little bit longer, but if he asked tomorrow I would say yes," she said.

According to International Business Times, Valderrama cleared up engagement rumours that went around earlier this year but did not deny the possibility of marriage for the couple.

"We're not engaged. But you know it's something that I definitely look forward to in the future. We'll see," he said.
