Google is releasing two Nexus devices this year. LG will create the smaller Nexus 5 and Huawei will make the Nexus 6 with a 5.7-inch screen. This week, leaked images of the Nexus 6 were released, Tech Radar reports.

In the leaked images, released by Google+ user Tiesen Fu, the most surprising feature is the raised camera bump on the rear of the device.

The image of the back of the Nexus 6 shows the Nexus logo, a raised camera, and a circle in the middle of the smartphone that is likely used as a fingerprint sensor.

The image of the front of the Nexus 6 is less bizarre, with a dual-flash system and front-facing speakers.

More pictures were leaked to the Chinese website iNexus. These pictures show possible looks at cases for the Nexus 6. The cases show that the Nexus 6 is expected to have a USB-C port at the bottom of the device.

As far as the specs go for the Nexus 6, the new device from Huawei will be the bigger of the two Nexus phones released this year, Tech Radar reports. This means a big 5.7-inch screen, displaying a resolution of 2,560 x 1,440 pixels and 515 pixels per inch (ppi). Rumors have stated that the body of the Nexus 6 will be made of mostly metal.

The Nexus 6 might use the brand new Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor, if there is enough time. Otherwise, the Nexus 6 would use the established Snapdragon 810 processor.

A larger battery is expected on the Nexus 6. An increase to a 3,500 mAh battery is expected. Additionally, the Nexus 6 will feature wireless charging.

A powerful camera will be offered with the Nexus 6. The camera bump suggests that the camera will utilize optical image stabilization. A 21 megapixel (MP) camera is expected for the rear-facing camera.

The Nexus 6 will come pre-installed with the brand new update to Google's Android operating system, Android Marshmallow.
