Three of Tom Hardy's old MySpace photos have somehow surfaced online. However, one image especially grabbed viewers' attention since it showed Hardy in his underwear, as he makes a duck face at the camera.

The photo, shared by OK! Magazine, shows the "Mad Max: Fury Road" star pouting his lips and giving the camera a smouldering look. The publication called it the actor's "duck face." Hardy is also in his underpants as he takes his selfie using his left hand while his right hand is tucked inside his underwear, at his crotch.

Another photo shared by the publication shows Hardy casually posing by the doorway to his kitchen, semi-naked and wearing only another white underpants. The third photo shows Tom posing beside his oven, captioning the image, "x i'm cooking a turkey yo x x," reports OK! Magazine.

These photos were reportedly taken back in 2008 and shared on the actor's MySpace page. However, according to Sky News, the actor has since deleted his account. While these photos may seem embarrasing and awkward to some, Tom told Sky News that he is not at all ashamed of them.

"I've got no shame about my MySpace photos, especially the one of me in my underpants which is a glorious photo of a man in his natural habitat. I might not be an Adonis, but I like to think of myself as an Adonis in that photo," he said.

Esquire magazine likewise quoted the actor on his comments about his old MySpace photos.

"In my tighty-whitey budgie smugglers. In America, they say, 'You should be ashamed of this,' but I'm actually not remotely ashamed-that is me in my natural habitat, thank you," Hardy said according to Esquire magazine.

According to the publication, Hardy's old MySpace account even had a very interesting description in the "about me" label. The actor reportedly wrote, "I have a head like a disco ball, if I say I'll do something, unless I absolutely can't it gets done, I never give up on humanity, I love people."

The 37-year-old has been gaining popularity in Hollywood as of late, after appearing as the villain Bane in the 2012 film "The Dark Knight Rises." He also received positive comments for his portrayal of Max Rockatansky in "Mad Max: Fury Road." His penchant for action films and acting prowess have lead people to believe that he could be the next James Bond.

Tom has been rumored to be the number one contender to take over Daniel Craig's Agent 007 in the next James Bond films. While nothing has been finalized yet in terms of casting, Hardy also revealed his interest to portray the character and told Sky News, "I think anybody would consider doing Bond, wouldn't they?"
