Lindsey Vonn has reportedly moved on from her breakup with golf champ Tiger Woods with Charlie Ebersol. Sources claimed the pair was spotted getting very cozy with each other a couple of times during the tennis US Open competition.

According to Page Six, the Olympic ski champ's rep has denied there is anything romantic going on between her and Charlie, saying "I can tell you with 100-percent certainty that they are just friends." However, a source who claims to have seen Charlie and Lindsey together said otherwise.

"When they thought people weren't looking, Lindsey and Charlie were very close. When they got out of the car, they were hanging on each other and had the spark of a new relationship. But as soon as there were cameras, they would separate so not to be seen together," the source said, according to the Page Six report.

The first time Vonn and Ebersol were reportedly spotted together was on Sept. 11 at the Arthur Ashe Stadium in Flushing, Queens. According to Page Six, the pair was avoiding being photographed together so they made sure to walk separately as they headed to the Heineken VIP Suite.

They were again spotted together on Sunday during the men's final in the US Open. Still wary of the photographers, Lindsey and Charlie were reportedly careful not to look too cozy together while watching the game.

Vonn was previously in a 3-year relationship with Tiger Woods before they split in May. In a statement posted on her Facebook page, the 30-year old said that she and Woods have "mutually decided to end" their relationship.

"Unfortunately, we both lead incredibly hectic lives that force us to spend a majority of our time apart. I will always admire and respect Tiger. He and his beautiful family will always hold a special place in my heart," Vonn wrote on her Facebook page of the breakup.

Despite the split, it's believed Vonn and Woods remain friends. In August, Lindsey gave Tiger her vouch of confidence in winning another trophy. According to Golf.com, the ski champ participated in a Twitter Q&A where she was asked if she thinks Woods will win another golf tournament again, to which she gave a positive reply.

As for Ebersol, the American television and film producer was previously in an 8-month relationship with Britney Spears. They started dating in October last year but split in June.
