Suspense and mystery starts to build up as "The Strain" nears its season 2 finale. The next episode will test Dutch's (Ruta Gedmintas) courage and will to survive as she is captured and imprisoned by Eichorst (Richard Sammel). Meanwhile, Eph (Corey Stoll) Fet (Kevin Durand) and Nora's (Mia Maestro) patience and determination will also be tested as they scour the city looking for Dutch.

Episode 10 in season 2 of "The Strain," titled "The Assassin," ended with Dutch chained inside Eichorst's torture chamber, called the "White Room." Dutch is seen resisting Eichorst's pull on the chain to bring her near him. Episode 11 will put her life at stake after she was pulled out of prison with Eph - a consequence brought by their failed attempt to assassinate Eldritch Palmer, to be handed over to Eichorst for torturing, and possibly killing.

According to TV Guide, episode 11, titled "Dead End," will show Dutch battling for her life with Eichorst. Meanwhile, Eph, Nora and Fet, who have no idea where Dutch was taken, will search New York City to look for her.

In an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, Gedmintas teased the outcome of Eichorst's torture of Dutch inside the "White Room." The actress also revealed some details about what goes on with Dutch in episode 11 in season 2 of "The Strain."

"It's pretty much torture on every level. As much torture as you can give a person is what happens in the next episode," she said, adding that it felt "like a real horror movie episode."

When asked about what happens to Dutch inside the "White Room," Gedmintas said it is where Dutch's limits will be pushed to the max. There will be a lot of physical and emotional torture.

"It shows just how far people are willing to go to help and to survive. It's complete high stakes; everything is to the max and brutal. I've seen quite a lot while doing ADR and it is quite, quite insane," Gedmintas told The Hollywood Reporter.

The actress recalled getting bruises from the intensity of the torture scene. She said her "White Room" scene in "Dead End" was filmed for about two hours and in three weeks.

Episode 11 will also bring Setrakian back to searching for the Occido Lumen and he meets a familiar face along the way. In "The Assassin," Setrakian was finally able to get hold of the book, only to lose it after he was knocked out unconscious. "Dead End" will also see Gus working with the Silver Angel in getting the Gupta family across the border.
