It looks like Lincoln is in danger on the third episode of season 3 of "Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D."

The synopsis for the series' episode titled "A Wanted (Inhu)man," whic airs next Tuesday, Oct. 13, at 9:00 to 10:00 p.m. ET on ABC, has been released, MCU Exchange noted. The synopsis read:

" 'A Wanted (Inhu)man' -- Daisy, Mack and Coulson race to protect Lincoln as Rosalind Price's team hunts down the Inhuman in their quest for powered people. Meanwhile, Hunter proves that there is no line that he will not cross to exact his revenge against Ward and Hydra, on 'Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.' "

On the first episode, viewers saw Lincoln, an Inhuman with electricity-generating powers, working in a hospital, instead of being an agent at S.H.I.E.L.D. It is understandable for Phil Coulson (Clark Gregg) to not invite him over, especially because he is still a part of the powered people, Inhumans, under Daisy Johnson's (Chloe Bennet) mother Jiaying (Dichen Lachman), who attacked one of their bases and killed several agents by exposing them to terrigen mists. Despite Lincoln helping the team to triumph against Jiaying, he still did not join the agency as he was clearly confused.

Mitchell even thinks that his character may be a threat to Coulson's team.

"I think he's in the gray area. Don't take this the wrong way, but I think he's dangerous in the sense that they don't know whether they can trust him, and I don't think he knows what to trust. So I think it's rocky...S.H.I.E.L.D. needs to play their cards right, and Lincoln needs to work things out pretty quick and smart," Lincoln told Comic Book Resources.

In season three's premiere, Coulson already agreed to Daisy's suggestion to bring Lincoln into their team, Comic Book noted. With another good-hearted Inhuman who can control his power, the Inhumans whom S.H.I.E.L.D. will soon find along the way, will be more at ease. However, despite Daisy convincing him to come aboard, Lincoln fled.

With Lincoln's power exposed, as witnessed by his co-worker, he's now a target of the Advanced Threat Containment Unit (ACTU) headed by Rosalind (Constance Zimmer).

Hopefully, Lincoln learns to trust Daisy and the agency again for his own sake and other Inhumans, too. He'll surely be a great asset to the team to make the Inhumans be confident of themselves, the way he helped Daisy in season 2.
