Miami Heat's star Chris Bosh plays as a landlord in California.

Bosh, the Texas-born basketball player, is renting out his luxury Pacific Palisades house for $45,000 a month, Los Angeles Times reported. The Georgia Institute of Technology alum reportedly asked Shen Schulz of Sotheby's International Realty to handle the listing of the property he bought three years ago for $9.4 million, per public records.

The Pacific Highlands retreat, which was constructed in 2001, displays a dramatic staircase, some hardwood accents and an ambiance that will let the tenants experience Bali right in Los Angeles. The huge two-story estate rests on almost one and a half acres of land and features six bedrooms and eight bathrooms. Other areas within the 10,755-square-feet of living space include a formal living room, a library that may also serve as a residential office, a modern kitchen with a spacious center island and a wine cellar as well as an entire entertainment level that showcases a wet bar, a home theater and a game room.

The next lessees will also enjoy their master suite that has a cozy feel courtesy of a fireplace and a large area that accommodates the suite's own sitting room and its personal exercise station. Apart from these amenities, the suite also provides wonderful ocean views for a more relaxing stay.

Outdoors, the Mediterranean-inspired vacation home also comes with lavish features like an infinity-edge swimming pool adorned with several cabanas. There's also a sitting area and fire pit to add to the amazing rest and relaxation vibe.

Back again in Miami

Bosh, who was originally picked in the first round of the 2003 NBA draft by the Toronto Raptors, marks his 13th season in the league playing for Miami, per ESPN stats. This 2015-2016 season is his sixth year with the Heat. Last season, he only played 44 games as the All-Star player had some blood clots in his lungs, noted the Los Angeles Times.

Bosh is back in practice with less than a month away before the new season starts, Sun Sentinel announced. His long absence was really felt by the whole Miami team, and they are just happy to see him back, including Heat coach Erik Spoelstra

"It was great having him back out there, leading and just adding that presence. When he's not there, you really notice it when he's back," Erik Spoelstra said.

Miami team's guard Dwyane Wade shared what he missed about Bosh.

"One thing he is showing is excitement to be back on the basketball court. He understands how much his leadership is needed, how much his voice is needed," Wade said.
